Secure online access to your 401(k) or Health Savings account is only a “mouse-click” away. In addition to account services, our website has a wealth of information to help you make informed and better decisions.
To access your account, please perform the following steps:
1. Locate us on the worldwide web by typing our web address: www.northcentraltrust.com.
To directly access your account, go to the top right corner of the screen and locate the box labeled “Quick Account Access.” Click on the drop down arrow and select “Retirement Plan Account,” or "Health Savings Account" and then click “GO!”– this will take you directly to step #5 below.
2. Enter your Social Security Number in the User ID field with no dashes; then enter your PIN (Personal Identification Number) in the Password field; then click on the “Participant” button.
3. From the Participant Summary page, select the function you wish to use. To make a change in your account, select “Transaction.”
4. Select “Transfer Between Investments” to reallocate existing balances between the available investments in your account from dollar to dollar or percentage to percentage.
5. Select “Rebalance Portfolio” to realign balance to current investment elections.
6. Select “Conform to Target” to realign balances according to a target allocation.
7. Select “Investment Elections” to change how future contributions will be invested.
8. After you have made your selection(s), click on the “Submit” button.
9. Review your changes; then select either “Continue” to process your investment selection(s) or “Cancel.” You will be given a confirmation on the next screen; we recommend you keep a copy of the confirmation until your transaction is complete.
10. Select “Logout” to end your session.
There are other features on our website to help you make the most of your retirement plan, including options that will let you view your personal account balance, individual fund balances, investment data (including prospectuses and fund sheets), investment elections, rate of return, transactions and more.
