VOICE RESPONSE IS AVAILABLE!
Account information and the ability to make
changes are just a phone call away with NORTH
CENTRAL TRUST COMPANY's Voice Response System.
With Voice
Response, participants can obtain account data
and make investment election changes on existing
balances or for new contributions only—and
they can do so quickly and easily.
You will receive a computer-generated
PIN Number. This number is necessary for entering
the system. However, we strongly suggest
that you change this number to one of your own.
Changing your PIN Number is easy—just
follow the instruction sheet.
You can access the Voice Response
System day or night, and you can make investment
election changes as frequently as your plan
allows. Please remember, however, that
most experts agree that investment success is
the result of staying focused on the long-term
and not the result of constantly switching your
money from one investment option to another.
IMPORTANT!
The Voice Response System also makes it possible
to select a combination of Asset Allocation
Profile Portfolios or a combination of Profile
Portfolios and mutual funds.
Plan participants should note
that the Asset Allocation Profile Portfolios
WERE NOT designed to be used
in various combinations, i.e. 50% in the Balanced
Profile and 50% in the High Growth Profile,
etc. Selecting more than one Profile will cause
conflicts between the various funds and weightings
each Profile maintains for specific, strategic
reasons. Consequently, if you are going to choose
an Asset Allocation Profile Portfolio as your
investment selection, you should select only
one.
However, you can combine one
Profile with one or more mutual funds, so long
as you understand that, in doing so, you may
be "doubling-up" on one or more of
the funds already in the selected Profile. You
should also note that the "risk and return"
potential of the Profile Portfolios is based
on each Profile acting on its own, and using
a Profile in combination with one or more mutual
funds will alter the "risk and return"
characteristics of your overall asset allocation.
If and when you make an investment
election change, it will become effective as
soon as administratively feasible. Please note:
When making a change in investments (even though
they are valued daily), expect that such changes
will take a few days to complete. Trades for
sales have to be placed before a certain time
each day, and most funds have a two-day settlement
period. Once the sale trades have settled, the
purchase trades for the new fund(s) are placed.
This is why investment changes often take several
days to become effective. Also, if there are
any transactions pending, such as earnings or
contributions, the investment election change
cannot be started until these pending transactions
are completed. A confirmation letter will be
sent to you confirming and verifying the changes.
